My name is Mike Magee. I offer private Guitar instruction in the Salem-Keizer area. I have been a private guitar instructor in Oregon for over 25 years. The principles I teach apply to all musicians. Once you know how music works, it's just a matter of how those notes will come out of your instrument. I enjoy giving lessons and seeing students open their ears to a whole new world of expression; one that has a language and vocabulary all it's own. The Private Lessons menu should answer most of the basic questions associated with taking lessons with me. This is where you can learn about the creative guitar method and my lesson policies (what lessons cost, what happens if you have to miss a lesson, etc....)
At the top of each private lesson information page is a icon menu that links to the other pages. This should make navigation of those pages eaisier. Below is a description of what each icon represents. These links are also in the dropdown menu at the top of the page.
Here you will find resources to help support your learning and growth as a musician. Downloadable audio files that will help you in practicing or exploring your guitar. There are also printable pages that have various configurations of tablature and guitar grids to express you ideas in a written form.
